How can I fix unidentified network no internet access?

My Windows 11 PC gigabit Ethernet port is giving me an error and it is showing "Unidentified network"no internet access.I have tried every possible solution available on the internet I even changed the Ethernet net cable but nothing since to work. when I am trying to disable the IPV6 Protocol and enable the ipv4 manually and use a manual DNS the Ethernet properties is not responding anymore and my computer is coming to his standstill. Will reinstalling Windows fix this problem?
