I have been using windows 11 for a while without facing much issues till a recent windows Quality update. The screen starts flickering after a while. The flickering happens every 3 seconds or so. I have tried these options.1. Updating the display drivers2. Uninstalling and Reinstalling them.3. Uninstalling the latest quality update.4. Changed the refresh ratesAfter doing the 3rd option. I am no longer able to uninstall Quality or feature updates from the Troubleshoot bios settings. It gives me an error message saying windows was unable to uninstall update.
