How can I fix these many problems on my windows 11 pro?

My pc has a buttload of problems that is not making it work properly: My PC says "No internet, secured" and it says it has no internet when its connected via LAN. BUT for some reason, chrome and Microsoft edge work. Before this, It said it was connected to wifi but certain apps and websites said there was no internet even though it was connected to the wifi. So i reseted the wifi adapter and after the reset, it started the "No internet, secured" thing. Also, windows updates don't want to download. I press download all, but they don't want to download.
