how can i fix signing into a second account on my laptop

i have a laptop that i formatted a bit ago and it worked fine. i signed into my account and it worked. but when i sign into a second account with a @gmail.com address. it will not let me and shows a black screen with the words "backstop window" i have tried repairing windows should i make another account or just reset it again.
