How can I fix my problem on not letting me into my user?

So I was turning on my pc and couldn't let me into my desktop after I put my pin and after some time it automatically restarts and after the 2nd restart my user was gone, I looked into the power options and there were none, I look at the WiFi which doesn't help me do anything. Please respond fast because I haven't done my PowerPoint.
