How can i fix my mouse?

So basically one day while i was using my laptop windows 11 uh my mouse started glitching like when i move it, it sometimes stop in place and a notif said that my mouse (wired) was corrupted i think and it said that i should disconnect and recconect it. so as a normal human being i tried to move the cursor with the touchpad and guess what? it had the same problem too. it goes in the random directions when i move it and it has this like raggy like 12 fps movements. so i restarted my laptop and the cursor worked with the mouse. and guess what? it did the glitch again not even 10 minutes later. i
