How can i fix my laptop problem

i have this problem with my laptop, i accidentally enabled amd radeon 8600M in the display, then my laptop started freezing, everytime i restart it, it freezes after loading, now i am trying to reformat it hoping i can fix it with that, but it also has problem formatting, after i saved usb diskette as priority, blue screen with dash line appears only, its been 4 days i was trying to fix my laptop and looking for help in any groups and community i could join but there's no luck, i was hoping someone can help me to fix it or help me format my laptopMy laptop model isHP pavillion Model 15 e052seT
