I accidentally wiped out my whole computer while trying to wipe an external hard drive it keeps telling me automatic repair couldn't fix your pc and when i try to reinstall windows (recover it) it autoautomatically shuts down plus when I also try to reset it gives me options to keep my file or to remove everything but no matter which one i choose it just tells me that"there was a problem resetting your pc.no changes were made so what can i do i am terrifed plsThanks in advance
