How can I fix applications not responding?

[Windows Server]

I have a problem when i try loading into more high demanding games it freezes and pops up with the application is responding. When that pops up my whole pc in unresponsive and I have to turn it off by the power button. I have looked at all the other people with this problem and tried fixing it the way they did and nothing works. I have updated drivers, I have updated windows 11, i have scanned my pc for corrupt files and viruses. I have done everything i can from what i have seen online and nothing seems to help me. this just recently started happening and I have a pc that can run all the high
