how can i fix a problem starting c:/Location. C: Location is not valid WIN 32 application error?

How can i fix a problem starting c:/Location. C: Location is not valid WIN 32 application error? I get this error when I am trying to install NinjaTrader application on my laptop. (One thing , I did reset my laptop back to manufacture setting.)
