How can I find the IP address of a linked device on a MS Account?

I am cleaning up a friend's computer that was infected with malware. While working on it and viewing the MS account associated with the PC I see another device linked to this account. I want to see where this computer connected from so I can get an indication if the device is legit or not. How can I determine where this device last connected from or when/where this device was linked? The Location of this device is disabled.I will be asking the user about this but they aren't that sophisticated about computers.
