How can I enable high contrast icons in windows 10 without switching on high contrast?

How can i enable the flat high contrast white icons in the windows 10 start menu without messing around with the ui and the theme, meaning by keeping the default theme. I want to know if there is a registry tweak for that becuase it is a really cool feature which can enachance the ui of windows 10.
