How can I download/Install gaming services?

I have already tried updating my computer, it is up to date (22h2)I cannot delete gaming services because it was never installed in the first placeI have reset the Microsoft Store many times.I am logged in to the same accounts on both Xbox and Microsoft StoreIt says, "Something happened on our end"error code 80070490, there is no other storage system to download to other than the originalThis is a brand new Laptop with Windows 11I have updated the drivers
