How can I disconnect my Microsoft account?

I have been logged out of my Microsoft account on my ps5 and I forgot the password to my email but I can’t change it because my email won’t receive the codes that have been sent to it so I have no way of logging back in and I can’t just make another account because there is only one Microsoft account that can be connected to my PlayStation account
