how can i delete windows virtual camera which is connected with my phone

When I video call someone, I cannot use the camera on my laptop; it only shows a lock with the phone. I've tried deleting the device, but it's still not working. I used the phone link app and tried disconnecting from my phone but the camera remains the same. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
