How can I delete app backups on my device.

I have just bought a new laptop and will setting it up I had chosen the option to 'back up my apps and settings' from the main pc. Now after using it for about 15 minutes, I feel the app backups are a little annoying as it whenever i search something up it appears but isn't downloaded. If there is any way to remove these false icons please let me know. I have tried looking into the discussions on the Microsoft website, but none seem to work or remove all backups instead of specifically app backups.
