How can I delete an administrator account in Windows 11?

I purchased a new Windows 11 laptop a couple of weeks ago. For some strange reason, I have two Administrator profiles. I can use one profile to log in, but I am not able to set up a password and log in to the other Administrator account. I'm also not able to set up a login PIN for the admin account I can access. I have tried online Geek Squad support, but they were not able to fix the issues. I'm not sure if I now need to try a clean Windows 11 install.
