How can I connect me laptop to my Windows Domain using any one of three NICs?

I have my own personal Windows Domain using Windows Server 2022. I just got a new Windows Laptop running Windows 11 Pro. The laptop is a member of my domain, so it has am IP address in DNS. My issue is that the laptop has a built-in NIC and a built-in Wi-Fi NIC, and when it is docked, the docking station has a NIC of it's own. I want to use the docking NIC when I'm at my desk, I want to use the laptop's built-in NIC when I'm in chair away from the desk, and I want to use the Wi-Fi when I'm in the TV room or kitchen.
