How can I change my username on windows C:\Users\<username>

So I have setup my Windows and followed the prompts in the beginning. This seems to automatically make my username on windows C:\Users\I wish to change this.Ive looked into How to change your user account name - Microsoft Support but following this doesnt show the "Change your account name" under Control Panel > User AccountsIve also looked into Redirecting but following this doesnt make sense as I dont want
