How can I change my SSD which has windows on it to GPT without losing data on my HDD.

I'm trying to update to windows 11, My current boot is legacy + UEFI. I know I need to change to just UEFI but I can't do that until I have my SSD converted to GPT from MBR. I want to temporarily put windows on my HDD (GPT) convert my SSD to GPT then Put windows back On my SSD change my BIOS boot then finally update to windows 11. I'm unsure how I would go about doing this so any info is good info! Is there any world where I don't delete my data on the HHD or have to buy a separate external drive? I have 4tb HHD (GPT)500 gb SSD (MBR) (just for windows)they are my only drivesThank you for any
