how can I be sure no one has hacked me?

I play jig saw puzzle on here every day and sometimes while I am moving a piece of the puzzle a box pops up, as if I have right clicked on my mouse and I have paid specific attention to be sure I'm not doing it. It did it this morning while I was looking at something and before I could get my phone camera turned on to film it, it stopped. So I'm afraid to us my computer much. Can you help? I did replace my mouse a few months ago but it just started doing this maybe two weeks ago, it was only doing it in the puzzle game but not this morning, I can't remember what I was into at that time.
