I am currently trying to transfer all my data from my Surface Pro X to a new Surface Pro 11. I have been able to backup everything on my new device except for my apps and, notably, my setting preferences.I have seen other people have had similar problems, so I tried all the recommendations I could find: switching from my Microsoft account to a local one and then back, updating and restarting, toggling all the settings related on both my new and old devices.
