How can I avoid negative side effects caused by feature updates?

Hey guys. I've started noticing strange issues with my Windows 10 installations.I'm not sure where they stem from, but I would have to assume the root cause is feature updates.So far I've observed these things start to break or misbehave:Screenshots in full-screen start (and full-screen start functionality as a whole) - the wallpaper in the background just blacks out for no reasonMicrosoft Photos automatically updates itself, even if store autoupdates are offNon-functional mail client for gmail - new outlook keeps installing itself (could be an issue with lack of API updates)(likely other issu
