How can i access my computer when it says that i have to configure my PIN?

Yeah I was doing some troubleshooting on my pc to launch a game, and I may have disabled some stuff, which caused me to lose the capability of accessing my pc, and it gives me this message: "There was a problem and your PIN is not available. Click to set up your PIN." And I go on by clicking and it says that I need a app to change my PIN, and I press ok and nothing happens. Yeah is it going to be a big problem?
