Hovering over "News and Interests" pulls up a bunch of blank tiles

Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (build 22631.4317)When I hover over the News and Interest, it get a bunch of blank tiles on the screen. No data. Clicking on any tile does nothing.I have tried turning Widgets off and on in Settings. No change. It doesn't seem to matter what network I'm on, whether it be public WiFi, or my private home network.
