Hotspot not supported anymore

[Windows 11]

So I had a problem where my wifi was cutting off every 10min (here), so I tried to reinstall Windows and I now can't launch a hotspot, it says " Hosted network supported : No" when I type "netsh wlan show drivers" in cmd. I tried to uninstall latest Windows update and reinstall my network adapter but unfortunaltely nothing worked.
