Hi, I am in a very urgent situation right now because I need my laptop for my exam tomorrow 
I accidentally keyed in my password wrong for 3 times and now my laptop requires me to set up a new PIN.It keeps saying that it sent a new verification code to my hotmail but I didn’t receive any codes in my hotmail, it doesn’t provide me an alternative option or email where I can pick for it to send that verification code to and seems like it only sends to this email (that doesn’t receive any of the codes)I’m not sure whether the problem is with my hotmail or with the Microsoft provider, kindly advis
