Hotkey Keyboard Class Filter Driver for my OMOTON WK001 USB keyboard not installing. Do I need to install it manually?

So I got this keyboard because my other one is having issues, but this one's driver apparently isn't installing-Windows fails to do so. How do I manually install it? Where do I download the driver? I'm going to need some help here.
