Horizontal lines appear on my computer (the problem is solved when I reduce it from 120hz to 60hz)

About a week ago, Extreme lines started to appear on the computer. When I started researching on the forums, I updated my video card options and then the bios was displayed, but the bios can be saved and there are no lines. When starting the computer and especially on black backgrounds, a lot of excessive lines (like noise) occur. The problem is solved when the screen drops from 120hz to 60a. What could be the reason for this and what should I do? Intel UHD Graphics does not support Windows 11, can you help?
