Ho do I get the New Photos App to show files in folders and gallery as can see the same files in folders with Photos Legacy?

I have "Repaired, Reset, Restarted, Checked - Fail, Repaired, Result, Uninstalled, Restarted, Installed, Checked Legace - Ok, Checked New -No files show except those in Cameral Roll on One Drive.Any help?
