High polling rate problem after updating to 24H2

Since I updated my computer to version 24H2 my mouse lags randomly when hovering the desktop, or some win32 apps or roblox, it becomes slower and then teleports after a couple of seconds.I tried so many things already, mouse drivers, fixes, tweaks, I even reinstalled Windows 11 24H2 with a clean install removing everything from my SSD and the problem started to happen as soon as the OOBE setup ended.I tried Linux and this problem doesn't happen there.When I open firefox, edge, a game (except roblox) this lag doesn't happen.
