High DPC caused by ndis.sys (probably) (system interrupts) Win 10

I have been playing a new multiplayer game recently (which is why I never saw this problem before), and at certain times it freezes and the window becomes unresponsive. Every time I look into the task manager when this happens, I see the system interrupts process using a 100% of my CPU. Following some of the guides on the internet I found a way to diagnose this, and ran LatencyMon overnight (the screenshot isn't the same analysis but same result). I don't have any problems with the audio at all by the way (it may have happened only once). What should I do to fix this?
