High CPU Temperatures even on Idle.

i have lenovo ideapad gaming 3 laptop with following specifications:Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 (2021)GTX 1650Intel i5 11320H16GB DDR4 RAM512GB Samsung NVMe Driveas soon as i start my laptop, and check HWinfo, it shows cpu is running at 60-70C and peak was reached 97C. my GPU also idles at 50-70C. i have clean installed windows and still the issue persists. no background process is consuming any resource. i have updated all drivers to latest. tried downgrading as well. i have cleaned my thermals and applied thermal paste as well. still the issue persist. what could be potential reason for such iss
