Hidden Power Settings

Can anyone help please?I am looking to edit a couple of hidden power settings on my laptop.I wish to enable: Processor Idle Demote ThresholdProcessor Idle Promote ThresholdThis should then allow me to manage these two settings in Control Panel > Power Options > Advanced Power Settings.Is there a way to enable these two hidden power settings please?
