Hi,
I have a Mini-B USB device that supposedly transmits data using serial to a COM port. When the device is connected to my computer (Windows 10) it appears as a Human Interface Device in Device Manager instead of a COM port and the software for the device is unable to read the data from any COM port. I have the corresponding VCP Driver installed (GigaDevice32).
Is it possible to convert the HID device to a COM port?
Thanks in advance
