HID-compliant touchpad is missing from my device manager on my Windows 11 laptop. My touchpad isn't working.

So a few weeks ago, my touchpad randomly stopped working and I looked online on how to resolve this issue. Apparently when you uninstall a driver and restart your laptop, Windows automatically reinstalls the driver for you but this wasn't the case for me. It never reinstalled meaning there is no HID-compliant touchpad driver in my device manager even if I show hidden devices. I've tried multiple ways for it to work such as finding a Fn shortcut, finding a driver to download off of Lenovo support website.
