HID Compliant Touch Screen not showing

Hey there! I just bought a second screen and connected it to my PC. It says it is a touch screen but it wont work. I went though youtube and I have to enable HID Compliant Touch Screen but it is not showing on the device manager. I have updated everything I have run diagnosis and I have the Show Hidden devices option on. What can I do now?
