hi why intel core i7-3840qm processor is not compatible with windows 11

my processor meets the minimum requirements for speed and number of cores intel core i7-3840qm 4 cores 2.8 GHzBecause it is not on the list of acceptable processors , it is being blocked from possible upgrade to windows 11its not on windows 10 21h2 list either but it has been never denied an upgrade and runs just fine .
