Hi, when I open my Device Manager, it seems to constantly refresh. Not sure whats going on.

I only noticed the issue recently when I opened my device manager a few days ago, my system seems to be running ok, but seeing this is a bit alarming and Im concerned something else is going on. Ive checked all USB devices, and unplugging them doesnt work.I did restart in safe mode, and it doesnt seem to happen when in Safe mode, but honestly, not very computer literate when it comes to this.
