hi my internet speed is limited to 10 mbs only.

Hi, My ethernet cable speed is limited to 10mbs after i upgraded to windows 11, i have to unplug and replug the ethernet cable to move the spped up to 100mbs (with same cable) tried alot of online solutions (turning off power saving mode, speed to 1 gb full duplex, 100 mb full duplex, auto) also changed the wire, updated the drivers manually and also windows is up to the date, did network reset as well. Did the packet test and i am getting 0% packet loss.
