Hi, i've been wanting to get rid of these nasty PUA or something viruses that have been hidden on my computer.

I tried using a anti-virus like MalwareBytes but it didn't detect anything, and when I did a quick-scan with Windows Defender it picked up nothing.How the heck do I get rid of these and how.. dangerous are they?PUADlManager:Win32/Snackarcin (there's two)PUA:Win32/Vigua.APUA:Win32/Puwaders.C!mlAm I safe because my anti-virus didn't pick up anything because Windows Defender probably removed it?I saw this in Protection History.
