Hi im currently downloading something but i just cant turn off my smartscreen defender since its asking for an administrator and im the only one using

Im trying to turn off my SmartScreen defender to be able to install an app but its blocking me from turning it off and it said " This setting is managed by Administrator" but im the only admin in the pc and idk how i turn this off im using windows 11 btw
