Hi, I recently just bought the HP laptop 15 Windows and i lost sound from my laptop and cant get it back. Please assist me.

Hi, I recently just bought the HP laptop 15 Windows and i lost sound from my laptop and cant get it back. Please assist me. I tried going to Device Manager but there is no Audio/Sound when i expand the labels.
