Hi, I have problems with the fingerprint reader

Hello, after a blue-death my fingerprint reader has started not-working. I have removed my previous fingerprint registration and now want to add new ones. Doing that the compter asks my pin. The problem is that no PIN has been set for this computer, and it says "Sorry this PIN isnt working for your organisation's resource. Tap or click to fix it". When I click it, it aks my previous companies email and password. Now the problem is that I have left that company and that email/tenant is not active any more. But without fixing the PIN I cannot do anything on the fingerpint section. I cannot found
