Hi i have a problem, after i shutdown notebook, and close a lid down a little the window will start again

My computer is MSI, when i shutdown it and close a little lid degree angle, the light on notepad and window starts it again and when i open lid the window is already start while i am not press the start window. How can i fix it?

Windows 11 will not shut down or sleep through OS, or closing the lid. Only a Hard Shutdown will turn off the computer.
