Hi I have a dell inspiron 15 3000 model and I am not receiving the windows 24h2 update even when I have enough space and a good Internet connection

The update came up once I tried to download it but got errors and it never showed up again but updates for windows 23h2 are coming just fine.I had a lot of space and I had a good internet connection my specs are intel pentium silver,4GB ram.Can anyone please tell me what's going on?
