Hi I have a couple of problem and I need your help and acknowlage to get over it thank you in advance.

Firs one that a few press of my keyboard does not work like windows press and z press even the ctrl press and shift and Caps Lock press and knowing they are in the left side i had this problems so long time ago and still could not solve it yet. The other problem which more importent for me the Bluetooth Le device connection: My lap type is acer Spin 3 icore 5 and recently i have updated this> 2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems. I have an ear hearing aid oticon intent 1 i m trying to connect it to my laptop but beside i have updated my lap stil show
