Hi I get the below error when I shut down my pc

How do I fix this? The message appears for a quick 3 seconds when my pc is shutting down and then my pc shuts down.The instruction at 0x00007FFDB9FE8DF6 referenced memory at 0x00000000000000010. The memory could not be read. Click ok to terminate the program.
