Hi, I can't open the MSN Weather app. It goes to start then tells me I nee the Web Viewer 2 app. Try to install it, but it stops and tells me already installed. But the Weather app goes right back to trying to get me to install the Web Viewer 2. What gives? Why is this nonsense happening?
