I need to speak to a human but I can't get through to Microsoft because my only active account is a college one and you can't get through to the live chat thing on that account....they say "contact the administrator about this". I want to know what happened to my old personal account which i believe I have paid for. I tried to remember the old password but forgot and I have now been told "too many attempts". Its very frustrating when you ring up they say our help is all on-line. If I wanted on-line help I wouldn't have rung up in the first place. And when I try to use the college account they
